Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds. All coaching sessions must be completed within 90 days of payment or are void. Missed sessions cannot be made up. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, it will be automatically forfeit. Payment must be received in full before appointment is booked or service received. All Coaching Sessions must be rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment or are void. By participating in my coaching services, you agree and understand that I am a licensed psychological only in German Law (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie). My clearvoidant Spiritual Guidance Sessions are not to be confused with medical or psychological treatment or therapy.
